6- Account Management: Maintain regular communication with existing clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

RESPONSIBILTY:

1- Oversee the financial accounting and reporting activities for ZAS Exhibitions Organizing, ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
2- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections, to maintain accurate financial records.
3- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies or issues.
4- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
5- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, collaborating with management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
6- Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
7- Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
8- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules in accordance with accounting policies and guidelines.
9- Support management decision-making by providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations based on sound financial principles and data.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in the events or exhibition industry.
3- Thorough understanding of UAE accounting standards and regulations.
4- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
5- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
6- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
